Delivery
1. We deliver within a maximum of 4 working days starting the date of purchase.
2. Working days are calculated from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 5:00 pm, Beirut time.
3. We will notify you via email once your purchase is shipped.
Exchange
4. Our exchange policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange.
5. To be eligible for an exchange, your purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
6. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
7. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
8. The exchange shipping costs will always be charged back to you.
9. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
10. You are responsible for delivering the return item(s) to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
